A Fond Farewell
To our lovely Lynne at Professional Clock
Repair..."Tempus
Fugit" is a phrase found on the dial of many clocks, leading some
folks to think it is a brand name. But, it is actually Latin for
"time flies".
And, so it has! I woke up one morning
to realize that I was no longer an enterprising young clocksmith,
but a great-grandmother with kids to visit, pies to bake and novels
to write.
I feel guilty retiring from the trade
because ranks are dwindling. But, "duty calls". I wish you all the
very best and thank you for your past patronage...
